Appointments are available in 30-minute
slots. Please wait by the phone at your scheduled time – and be sure to answer, as the call will be from
an unknown number. At the 30-minute mark, your counselor will have to wrap up your session in order to
be available for their next appointment.

professionals will fully explain your options, answer your questions, and complete your enrollment.
